Cancellation & substitutes

Registrations can be cancelled free of charge up to and including 14/09/2026.
For cancellations from 15/09/2026 or in case of no-show, the regular participation fee is charged.
Using a promo code (100% discount) comes with an obligation to attend, as the promo codes are sponsored. In case of cancellation or non-attendance, a fee of €100 will be invoiced.
A ticket can be transferred to another person at any time, free of charge.
